Glazed Bacon GLAZED (mistyped "GLAXED") BACON 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs Canadian bacon 1 1/2 cups apple juice Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 30 minutes per pound or until tender.
