This archive strives to represent the broad and diverse body of women, transgender, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people who have been active members in the lands now known as the U.S. National Parks. However, the issues facing these parks are complex and we acknowledge that there is extensive room for growth, transition, and rethinking when tackling a topic this expansive and we are fallible as its initial creators.

We want to thank you for your feedback and your willingness to engage with us and make this archive a better steward of stories within these historic areas.
