Artem Saakov

I am a second-year master student at the University of Michigan School of Information, studying information science with an emphasis on digital curation in the hopes of expanding my humanities-focused bachelor's from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and the Arts. My aspirations include improving and maintaining networked systems for libraries and other institutions, along with implementing modern methods for outdated processes in said institutions. I constructed the page on the Allied Intervention in the Russian Civil War and incorporated various visual assets included in the site.

Cameron Robertson

I am a second-year master student at the University of Michigan School of Information studying library and archival science. I am currently working at the William L. Clements Library and have previously worked at various museums. I constructed the World War One page and helped find photographs for the Korean War page.

Gunnar Pirtle

I am a first-year graduate student at the Unviersity of Michigan School of Information and I am studying information in libraries, archives, and knowledge systems. While I do not have an internship at this moment, I have previously worked at two museums and I am a current volunteer at The Henry Ford. For this project, I constructed the Korean War page and the Consideration of Archival Concepts & Practices section in the Project Description page.

Marc Tsuno

I am a first-year graduate student at the University of Michigan School of Information studying library and archival science. I have previously worked with the Kansas State Historical Society and am currently working with the Bentley Historical Library on archival projects. Due to my prior experiences, I have a strong interest in audiovisual preservation, curation, and access. I am particularly interested in antiquated formats such as motion picture film and reel-to-reel audio and worked extensively to preserve oral histories. For this project I constructed the World War Two and Introduction pages (including all item records for those pages) as well as wrote the Documentary Focus, Target User Group, Perspective, and Criteria for Record Selection sections in the Project Description page.
