Civil Rights; Law; Policy; Activism

This collection highlights three main groupings of records relevant to Arab-American civil rights, law, policy, and activism: establishing ME/NA as an official identity category, Radio Tahrir episodes on Arab activism, federal policy, and elections, as well as Arab-Americans and Pro-Palestine Activism. Additionally, many of these records have a local element with a significant amount relating to Arab-American/SWANA-American/Muslim-American activism in Michigan.
