planned. There are two lgbt
focused programs on the schedule.

Panelists will discuss current lgbt
legal and political issues. The
panelists are: State Representative

Founder of Detroit Black Gay
Pride; Kara Jennings, Attorney
from the ACLU of Michigan LGBT
Legal Project; Mary Dettloff,
Governor Granholm's Office; Sean
Kosofsky, Triangle Foundation
Policy Director and PridePAC
President; Mudhillun MuQaribu,
Faith Action Network and AFSC.

People of Color Speak. Part 2 of
this series will feature an Asian/
Pacific American LGBT panel discussion. 6-8 PM, Room 4448 East
Hall (Colloquium Room).
Film: Aimee and Jaguar
This movie examines the story of
a passionate love affair
between two German women
during World War II. One woman
is a mother of four and the wife
of a Nazi officer, the other is a
Jew living under an assumed
name and is a member of a resistance group who is unknowingly being chased by the Gestapo.

Yo LGBT Raps! (For Men) Monthly Discussion series for LGBTQ Men. Transgender men welcome. Topic:
Race & Ethnicity in the GBT Men’s Communities. Lunch will be provided. 12-1:30 PM, 3000 Michigan Union,

Film “Boys Don’t Cry”: This film will be shown on the RHA Movie channel, channel 72 in the Residence Halls.
Discussions will be led by LGBT Commission members and res. staff in various residence hall lounges at 9:00
P.M.. Check with your res staff to find out the location within your building or tune in to 72 to watch the
movie on your own.

skate at the Thursday Night Open Skate at Yost arena. There is a small fee for entry and skate rental. 8:00 PM
