This Building is Being Watched

An abandoned corner store is adorned with a sign that says "This Building is Being Watched: Stop Halloween Arson" with a pair of watchful eyes. In Detroit, Devil's Night, October 30th, was known for fires breaking out across the city in acts of arson.  This lasted roughly four decades, from the late 1970s to the 2010s. SourceSource
