Linder Co-op House Tour The Benjamin Linder Cooperative is home to 20 young people living together in a historic house in the North State Street area. Several other ICC houses are located within a 2-block radius of Linder, and the house is only a few blocks from the University of Michigan's Central Campus and the theatres, shops, and restaurants of North State Street. Linder is a popular place to live because it tends to be very clean, is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood but is still close to all of the action, and has a very high proportion of single rooms. House culture changes year to year, but you can always expect fun and imaginative house activities like a house bake-off, pranking other co-ops, and roasting s’mores over our firepit.
If youre interested in living in Linder co-op, check out more info on www.icc.coop or email their house president!
