Documentary of the Free Summer Park Concerts and the Video footage of Ann Arbor Blues Festival during the summer and fall of 1970. The film was paid for by a grant from the City of Ann Arbor to advertise their success in building good relationships with student activists and demonstrators by utilizing city parks for weekly free live rock concerts that alleviated some of the student stress being felt at major universities around the country.
