Learner Voices
Students were sent home without significant warning, and then brought back on campus before many thought returning was appropriate or safe. Their voices were captured in news articles only in a limited way -- we, the creators of this archive, could not easily find a broad range of student voices among publicly available sources. This limit speaks to the limited nature of the forums available for students. While educators and administrators have structured, organized organizations and ways in which to create public records, students often do not. Instead, students shared their experiences on social media and with each other.
